Press Report: Health Check-Up and Homoeopathic Medication Camp Organized by Sri
Veerabhadreshwar Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Humnabad.
Sri Veerabhadreshwar Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Humnabad, took another step
in promoting community health by organizing a Health Check-Up and Homoeopathic
Medication Camp at Maulana Azad High School, Humnabad, on October 6,2023, starting from
9 AM.
The event saw a team of doctors from the college, which included Dr. Karunaratna and Dr.
Badar, in collaboration with third-year BHMS students, attending the camp. Their primary focus
was on conducting general health check-ups for approximately 60 high school students.
During the check-up, it became evident that several students required further investigation and
evaluation. Hence, they were advised to visit Sri Veerabhadreshwar Homoeopathic Medical
College and Hospital for additional medical assistance. The involvement of third-year BHMS
students was significant, as they played vital roles in case-taking, registration, and medicine
dispensing.
The institution extends its gratitude to the Principal and staff members of Maulana Azad High
School, Humnabad, for their exceptional support in facilitating this camp. This event’s success
would not have been possible without their collaboration.
